Sindhu Pampati leads the Medical Information and Operations teams at CSL Behring in King of Prussia, PA. She has over 15 years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Communications, Regulatory and Medical Affairs Operations. She joined CSL in 2015 and has led the medical and operational excellence activities across CSL’s portfolio. She leads the operational execution of Investigator Initiated Studies, Independent Medical Grants for the Allergy/Immunology, Hematology, Neurology and Respiratory franchise. She has responsibility over all Medical Affairs Systems including digital strategy and reporting across North America. She leads all audit readiness activities for North America Medical Affairs and has responsibility for the creation and updates of all Standard Operating Procedures.
Prior to joining CSL, Sindhu was an Associate Director at Shire Inc, now Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, a global biopharmaceutical company, where she was responsible for medical communications globally across multiple therapeutic areas
Sindhu earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at University of Colorado and her Master of Industrial Pharmacy at Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy in New York
